By accessing or using Marketly ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Marketly provides a collection of free online tools for PDFs, images, documents, business documents, calculators, developer utilities, text and SEO. Most tools run entirely in your browser; some require server-side processing.

3. Permitted use

You may use Marketly for:

• Personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• Processing files you own or have permission to process
• Any legal activity in your jurisdiction

4. Prohibited use

You may not use Marketly to:

• Process files you do not own or have permission to process
• Remove passwords or protections from documents you don't have permission to modify
• Violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property law
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to overload, attack, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Scrape, spider, or automatically harvest content from the Service
• Bypass any usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

5. Intellectual property

The Marketly name, logo, design, and code are owned by Marketly. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

You retain full ownership of any files you process using Marketly. We claim no rights over your documents, images, or other content.

6. File processing & privacy

Most Marketly tools run entirely in your browser. Files are not uploaded to our servers for browser-based tools. For the few tools that require server-side processing (like PDF password protection), files are processed in memory and immediately discarded — see our Privacy Policy for details.

7. No warranty

Marketly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied — including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times
• Tools will produce error-free or accurate results
• Output files will be compatible with every application
• Data loss will never occur

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.

You use Marketly entirely at your own risk. Always keep backups of important files before processing them.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketly and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Third-party links

Marketly may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

11. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Marketly at any time without notice. We may also add or remove tools, change features, or adjust usage limits.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Marketly operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
