By accessing or using Marketly PDFhome ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Marketly PDFhome provides free online tools for converting, editing, organizing, and securing PDF documents. The Service is provided "as is" without charge.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the files you upload and process.
  • You must have the right to use and modify any files you upload.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the Service.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or create competing automated services.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. We claim no rights over your content. The Service and its software are owned by Marketly Network.

5. File Retention & Deletion

  • Guest files: Auto-deleted after 2 hours.
  • Registered user files: Retained for 30 days, then deleted.
  • We may delete files at any time without notice.

6. Limitations

  • The Service is provided free of charge and "as is" without warranties.
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service.
  • We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damages arising from use of the Service.
  • Maximum file size limits may apply based on server capacity.

7. Account Terms

  • Accounts are free and require only a name and email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious files.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Automated bulk processing or scraping.
  • Uploading content that violates applicable laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
